In my old post i wrote about the hidden features in Google search engine such as Google’s built-in calculator function and Currency conversions. Today i will show you some search tricks that you should know when searching something in Google search engine.

1) Searching Musics in Google search engine

Just copy and paste the code in Google search engine and just replace the values in red.

1. Send an MMS to go@blogger.com to create your mobile blog. The text and/or photo in your MMS will be uploaded to that blog right away. 2. If you feel like changing anything on your new mobile blog or if you already have a Blogger account and want the posts to go to your existing blog, you can log in to go.blogger.com and enter the token we sent to your phone. After you have downloaded your Google Chrome themes. The next step is to extract the “default.dll” file

For Windows XP users

For Windows Vista users

Extract it to : C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application.2.149.27\Themes\

Restart your Google Chrome. You should see your new theme now.

Use XChrome, XChrome is a theme manager for Googles Chrome browser, it allows users to install a skin in seconds without having to move default.dll around and it allows you to view the author and various other details before installing.

XChrome also allows users who do not have XChrome install to install themes by double clicking the themes .exe file, they are prompted to install the theme, they agree the theme is copied to Chromes Default.dll

Install and run instructions:

1. Download the .zip file and extract it’s contents
2. Make sure your Google Chrome browser is close and run Xchrome.exe
3. Select the theme from th left menu of available themes and click “Install Theme”
4. To add new themes simply run the Theme packer and specify the path to default.dll for the theme, or use the already packed executable ones.

Notes: XChrome is still in Beta, so bugs may appear. Also XChrome uses certain processes like registry editing, file copying and others which may cause Antivirus think it’s a virus, so just disregard it.

3. Import Hotmail Contacts in Gmail

I’m going to show you a way of importing your Hotmail contacts to GMail.

Get the information you need out of Hotmail

1. Select Contacts from the Hotmail navigation bar.
2. Click On Print View.
3. Highlight the entire contents of the table (including the heading names e.g. Name, E-Mail and Phone as well as all your contacts).
4. Press Ctrl+C to copy the table.
5. Create a new spreadsheet document in Excel.
6. Select Edit and then Paste from the main menu.
7. Sort the data by the E-Mail column.
8. For any rows with a blank E-Mail column copy any e-mail address from the Name column to the E-Mail column.
9. Read this guide from Google on the format of CSV contact files and make any adjustments as may be necaserry.
10. Select File and then Save As… from the menu.
11. Make sure you select a format involving “CSV” for saving the file. (GMail can import csv files)

You should now have a csv file containing all your Hotmail contacts ready for importing into GMail.

Importing Your Hotmail Contacts Into GMail

1. Select Contacts from the GMail left hand menu.
2. Select Import from the 3 options at the top right of your list of contacts.
3. Click Browse to locate your csv file containing your Hotmail contacts.
4. Click Import.
